The House and Senate will be out of session the weeks of June 27 and July 4 as Congress adjourns for the Independence Day recess. (Committee work days are scheduled in the House for June 28-30, but the Ways and Means Committee has not announced any hearings or legislative mark-ups on those dates.)
Barring any significant, unexpected developments on the tax policy front, the next issue of Tax News & Views will be published the week of July 11, when Congress is back in session.
